The one thing I am most sure of is that I will die. It is something we tend to deny for as long as possible but by embracing death I live life to the full.

I do me best to create a quality of living and a quality of dying as I accept that both are happening to me at this moment.

I'm going to the far reaches of the universe,
To the center of the smallest flower,

To swim with the dolphins

And drink nectar with the bumble bee
I'm going to float in the perfume of roses
And make music with the cricket

Aah! this is an appropriate question for me as I have realised recently that I am in "avoidance" mode and,yes, I do feel as though I am waiting for something to happen.

I feel that I am waiting for the moment of real change in my life.
That moment when I become successful
Prosperous
Calm and at peace

The moment when I realise that whatever I need, it will come to me,

Now I realise that moment is this moment
This moment is all there is
All my past and future are in this moment

This moment is where I choose to be happy
successful
prosperous
calm and at peace

this moment is my life
This moment is precious
I am not waiting
for the right moment
this is it.

I am all that I choose to be

The destination is the goal,
Life is the journey
When you get there you will know
you were there all along
But it is part of your  learning to

Self discovery, coming home, cosmic love.

Sometimes I know I hide in action. If there are issues that I am finding unpleasant or difficult to look at I will find things to do, to keep me busy so that I do not have the space to think about them.

When I realize that I have been avoiding something then I try to make the space to just be with myself. Walking is good for me as I can be active but also available to my thoughts.

It is not always easy to recognize when action is not the best way forward but inaction and being with oneself would be the more fruitful way to be.

Facing ourselves, being with who we truly are can be a challenge. However once we can be with ourselves unconditionally then it is the greatest opportunity to for self love and self awareness. This is the point in life from which all positive transformation can take place.

My interllectual response to this question is the south of England. However my intial reaction to this question was to say where I feel I really come from no matter how irraitional it may sound in my day to day material world, so ........

"I come from a far distant star. I travelled here to this planet earth via a beam of crystal light. I am an angel. I am here in this material world to understand, to learn and to give of myself. Most of the time here I am unaware of my origin because it is necessary to share in the material world as a material being."

In sharing this I am in touch with my true being and it fills me with ecstatic joy.
